Despite all the chaos, 2020 has been steadily providing us with plenty of new music and it seems to have no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Add Cloud Nothings to the mix, who have announced their brand new album The Black Hole Understands. The band made the announcement yesterday and have released the album today, self-releasing it themselves on Bandcamp, who are waiving their fees to help artists during this undeniably trying time.

The album is a result of them recording remotely while self-isolating in the early weeks of the pandemic, finishing the tracks over email. A 25% cut of the proceeds from album sales will benefit the music-education nonprofits Play On Philly and the Rainey Institute.

With that said, find the album available to purchase now right here and stream album track “The Mess Is Permanent” below.
