London-based post-punk outfit Talk Show will release their sophomore EP, Touch The Ground, on September 23rd via Missing Piece Records. The EP was recorded with and produced by Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard and Al Doyle (also of LCD Soundsystem) in their former slaughterhouse turned studio in Hackney.
We previously shared the EP’s lead single “Cold House” and today we return with “Leather.” The track continues to show the band’s merge to a more house and dance element, though the post-punk and dark edge is still very prevalent and intact. A lot of Sleaford Mods is felt here, and that is certainly not a bad thing.
