British punk rockers Talk Show have returned with “Cold House” a throbbing funkier version of their brand of observational post-punk. It’s taken from their new EP Touch The Ground, due out for release on September 23 via Missing Piece Records.
This one has a steady bass groove that gives the track a bigger dance-punk element, which makes sense as the groove was inspired by The Rapture’s classic “House of Jealous Lovers.” Think The Rapture combined with Viagra Boys and Shame.
