London-based singer-songwriter Lexie Carroll is one of the best-kept secrets in music at the moment, but we have a feeling that won’t be for too much longer.

The 17-year-old wunderkind has quickly followed up her single “if I built my home from paper” and her debut EP when the sun came up, with “fall for anything.”

The single continues to carry the magic torch from her past releases, amazingly she has already created a signature sound and style to her songwriting that blends bedroom pop, indie folk, and pop into something magical in its own right.

Speaking of ‘fall for anything’ Lexie explains:

“I wrote ‘fall for anything’ about being in a confusing relationship where you’re not sure where you stand. When the other person isn’t giving much back but is still kind of stringing you along, which can be quite frustrating!”
