Dutch duo Maida Rose will release their debut album Tales of Adolescence on March 25th. The album will feature the previously shared singles “Every Day Is Blue” and “Where Do We Go” as well as the most recently released “I Remember.”
Instantly the track bathes you in sounds of nostalgia and warm melancholy, admittedly with a big batch of the DNA of modern dream pop indie acts like Beach House. The song is described by the band as a “timeless and relatable break up song, about reminiscing an old love and cherishing the time spent together.” It packs a sincere punch that transcends genre and is affecting on a tried and true emotional level that never wanes.
