New Zealand’s Reb Fountain recently released her new album IRIS on October 1st via Flying Nun. We previously shared album cuts “Foxbright” and “Lacuna” and today we share the emotional title track “Iris.”
Adorned with heartbreaking feeling of loss and some well crafted use of strings, “Iris” is a devestating effort, one that has flashes or artists like Nick Cave. It’s a most tenderly crafted pop ballad, one that leaves you touched and wanting to dive further into this world.
