VEPS are four 17-year-old best friends from Oslo, Norway who recently released their debut EP Open The Door on June 11th via Kanine Records. We previously shared single “Girl on TV” and today return to share one of the EP’s highlights with “Oliver.”
The band showcase a songwriting maturity well beyond their years with a raw and vulnerable slow-burning effort that sits somewhere between a folk mindset and a garage rock delivery. The track hits with an emotional showcase that wears its heart directly on its sleeve and delivers the goods in an effective and believable fashion.
