Helena Deland will release her debut album Someone New on October 16th via Luminelle Recordings. We’ve already shared the album’s previously released singles “Someone New” and “Lylz” and today she releases another new song with “Truth Nugget.”
It’s another meditative and dreamy track from Deland who has found this lovely way to capture this mystical sense of emotion and melancholy that feels so innate and natural but also at a distance – unattainable, like a passing dream.
About the song Deland says:
“Truth Nugget” is about the distance that exists even between the closest people and how friendship involves nurturing the other’s solitude.
