Over this weekend Maybird returned with their brand new EP Bird Sides, reminding us why they’re one of the more underrated bands hard at work these days.
“The Story” continues to show their incredible knack for delivering expansive psych-influence rock that is both larger than life sonically but packs a strong emotional punch as well. The track “vaguely touches on the story of a failed or failing relationship” and lets the music fill in the blanks.
