Back in May, we were absolutely won over by “Hypersonic Super-Asterid” the epic single from Mandrake Handshake, a 10-piece psych band based out of Oxford, United Kingdom.
Today they return with “Mandragora” another trippy sonic journey that sees them roam free on the expansive color of psych-rock, reminding a bit of a few different eras of King Gizzard as well as a funky spirit of their own.
The track was produced by Stereolab’s Andy Ramsey and is the first single from their debut EP that will be out later this year.
