Back in 2017 The Last Shadow Puppets and Lana Del Rey recorded an entire album together (after a fun karoake hang), however nothing ever came out of it and none of the songs saw the light of day.
That is until now, as “Thunder,” reportedly a track from these sessions has leaked and it gives us a glimpse into what an album between TLSP and Lana would sound like. And both of their retro sounds work handsomely alongside one another.
Lets hope that whoever has the rest of the recordings can be as generous and maybe this will be what motivates both parties to release the entire thing.
