On August 4 the 2nd annual Coney Island Music Festival took place featuring a solid bill of up-and-coming indie rock. The one-day festival was free and was presented by Modern Sky USA and The Alliance for Coney Island across two stages on Stillwell Ave and Coney Art Walls. The festival was headlined by (Sandy) Alex G and featured performances from The Veldt, Shannon Shaw, Future Punx and many more.
