Temples had a great 2014, releasing their strong and assured debut album Sun Structures via Fat Possum which ended up on many best of lists, even with its early release datre. The band are continuing the momentum, bringing their tour back to New York this Monday for a perfectly booked show at Music Hall of Williamsburg.
The intimate venue is the perfect size for the English psych-rockers, who last wowed me live when I saw them play Bowery Ballroom back in 2013. That was a wonderful performance, and I’m sure that they’ve improved as performers since it, making me even more excited to return and see what delights await from this gig.
Tickets for the show are still on sale. This will likely be Temples last appearance here until their next album, so if you’re free Monday night, you best find your way to Williamsburg.
