New York City-based band Keygrip have released their brand new single “Dancing On A Wire,” set to appear on their new album The Unaimed Arrow Never Misses
The song has already seen an amazing amount of success prior to it’s release, having been used on shows such as Supernatural and Skins over in the UK. The song caught the attention of major Hollywood director and writer David Koepp (Secret Window, Premium Rush, Ghost Town), who signed on to direct the video along with co-director Derek Ambrosi, wonderfully bringing the song to life for the band.
Michael DiLalla, Keygrip’s lead vocalist, as well as the owner of RRMC Recordings, shared a great deal of excitement when asked about collaborating with Koepp:
It’s been an honor to work with some of the music industry’s best producers and mixers. Now working with David Koepp is so far beyond what we could have hoped for. The video is just an incredible representation of the band’s creative voice.
Today I have the honor and privilege of premiering the music video for “Dancing On A Wire.” The video is a smooth visual representation of the band’s performance along with animation down electric circuits, living up to the song’s title. It works wonderfully alongside the instantaneous nature of the song, which will win you over right from the get-go.
