The 2014 Bonnaroo lineup has been announced and it rules. The festival takes place June 12-15 and includes:
Arctic Monkeys, Elton John, Kanye West, Jack White, Lionel Richie, Vampire Weekend, Phoenix, Frank Ocean, The Flaming Lips, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Damon Albarn, Neutral Milk Hotel, Cut Copy, Disclosure, Chromeo, Broken Bells, James Blake, Bobby Womack, Cake, Janelle Monae, Grouplove, CHVRCHES, Andrew Bird & The Hands Of Glory, Mastodon, Jake Bugg, Chance The Rapper, Dr. Dog, Little Dragon, The Naked & Famous, Phosphorescent, Drive-By-Truckers, Washed Out, Danny Brown, Warpaint, Seasick Steve, Polica, First Aid Kit, Ty Segall, Okkervil River, White Denim, Cloud Nothings, Typhoon, King Khan & The Shrines, Real Estate, Caveman, Allah-Las, Cass McCombs and The Preatures.
I gotta say, this is a incredibly strong lineup. From the main headliners (Arctic Monkeys! ELTON JOHN!) to the middle/lower brackets, there are a lot of my favorite artists making appearances. I didn’t have plans to attend Bonnaroo this year, but with this lineup, I think I’m swayed. It will be interesting to see how Kanye is received considering his history with the fest. I hope he shows up on time, for his sake.
Here’s the official announcent video that Bonnaroo released:
What do you guys think of the lineup. Who are you most excited to see? Are you going to go? Let me know in the comment section.
