This Saturday night Martin Courtney (of Real Estate) will return to New York for a show at Baby’s All Right in Williamsburg. The performance is his first here since his tremendous show at National Sawdust back in November.
He will be sharing songs from his solo debut Many Moons, one of my favorite albums released last year (via Domino Records). But you never know what else he may share live, including new songs, b-sides, and possibly even cool covers, such as his take on Echo & The Bunnymen’s “The Killing Moon” at National Sawdust. The performance will also include opening performances from NY locals EZTV and Cut Worms.
Tickets for the performance are still available, but don’t sleep on it, they’re bound to sell out by the time the weekend rolls around.
