Mazey Haze, the project of Dutch-based singer-songwriter Nadine Appeldoorn, returned in April with her new 6-song EP, Sea Stare, which was recorded on a vintage 16-track tape recorder with producer Jasper Geluk and friends.
The EP kicks off with “Free As A Loner”, a warm and inviting nostalgic driven folk track with gorgeous strings, evocative vocals, and a free-flowing nature that feels absolutely perfect for listening this summer. It feels like a track from an entirely different time period, retro-fitted with a golden hue, leaving quite an impression.
