Many a Son are a North Coast duo who returned in May with their Spring EP, featuring tracks such as the moving “Cherry Tree”. It’s a continuation of their project to release one song every month this year.
The track “reflects on transition and belonging”, and is an instant slice of warmth and comfort, with piercing and pretty folk songwriting that is lovingly adorned with strings. It has a timeless and classic nature to it, one that harkens back to a much simpler time in the past.
