Brooklyn-based artist Yuno released their album Blest on May 16 via Sub Pop Records.

Kicking the album off is title track/opening track “Blest”, which feels like a funky 70s soul throwback combined with chillwave and funk revivalist work from the likes of Toro y Moi. It’s a vibrant and summer ready burst of positive energy that deserves to be blasted with the windows down.

Another highlight from the album is single “Massive”, a track that channels elements of classic 70s singer-songwriters with an old school approach that has a sneaky bit of infectious nature, with plenty of modern flourishes to bring it to life in a way that feels positive and life affirming.

You can find both tracks available to stream below and the entire album available to listen to and buy at Bandcamp.
