Pynch are an indie rock outfit from Chillburn, London who returned earlier this year with their single “The Supermarket”, their first bit of new music since their debut album, Howling at a Concrete Moon.

The track has a timeless feeling about it, delivered with a sense of melancholia that feels cast from many indie rock classics from both 80s new wave and 90s alt rock. It wears its heart on its sleeve with a lo-fi charm that only adds to its authentic nature.

Speaking on the track, they add:

It’s sort of about craving normality and coming out the other side of a chaotic year. I guess it’s a hangover song about choosing life.
