Swedish indie pop-duo Marble Raft returned earlier this yer with their sophomore album, Dear Infrastructure, an album tells the story of two fictional teenage protagonists who, driven by curiosity, wander through an imaginary, desolate metropolis.

One of the highlights from the record is single “Intersections, Alleys and Freeways.” The bright minding track is a shimmering slice of electronic pop that operates with a big cinematic widescreen scope. There’s an ambition to the track which delivers a vibrant and life-affirming nature.

Speaking about the single, the duo adds:

“The song is a sparkling indie pop anthem that revolves around creating order from chaos. The two teenagers find themselves lost in a strange urban area, a place where roads and intersections create an utterly confusing maze that they are bent on making their way through.”
