London-based indie rockers Tugboat Captain returnedover the weekend with their new album, Dog Tale.
One of the highlights of the record is title track/single “Dog Tale” an ode to the venue where the band’s singer Sox previously worked. There’s a blend of 90s indie rock and a bit of an artful pop quality that feels very early 2000s The Mountain Goats / The New Pornographers.
