Wyldest is the project of UK-based musician Zoe Mead, a self-prescribed “doom pop” artist/producer. She recently shared her cover of The Cure’s “Lovesong” via Hand In Hive, that was a nice gift for listeners on Valentines Day.
The track is a dreamy lush take on the classic song, with a majestic spin of its own that allows her to take it to a commanding atmospheric presence of its own, while also maintaining the essence of its DNA in an equally faithful manner.
