Isaac Winemiller is a dreampop/chillwave artist based out of Bozeman Montana who returned with his new album Rolling Hills Road on January 24th.
“All that I needed” is its opening cut, a real tone-setter that offers up a lush navigation of a dream pop terrain, that has a bit of a early Washed Out warm haze to it. It blends elements of dreamy folk with a more expansive nature that progresses as the song does, into something really warm and emotive.
