It’s that time of year again, next will The New Colossus Festival will return for its 2025 edition of the festival, which takes place on March 4-9 across venues in the East Village and Lower East Side.
We are excited to venture in to make new music discoveries from bands across the globe at various showcases right here in our backyard that will keep our feet hurting but ears very happy.

Dedstrange, which is run by New Colossus cofounder Steven Matrick and A Place to Bury Strangers’ Oliver Ackerman will have a showcase Wednesday at Berlin Under A – featuring Snowmen, Gewalt Public Circuit, The Jump Cuts, and more.
One of the highlights is at Arlene’s Grocery on Saturday featuring an all-day shoegaze showcases featuring sets from smalltalk, Kestrels, Hongza, and skymender.
If the UK scene is your thing, The British House is hosting an all-UK showcase at Parkside Lounge on 3/6, featuring performances from, Sterling Press, test plan, and The Fiends.
