Tugboat Captain is the project of London based multi-instrumentalist Alexander Sokolow, who has recently returned with new single “Marmalade Making”, a “modern folk song about living in the city, pining for youth and missing the comforts of a family home.”
There’s an old school charm to the track that carries the torch of classic folk songs of yesteryear, with a cheeky charm in its lyrics and delivery that will put a smile on your face in the genuine warm nature that is perfect to get us through these cold winter nights.
