OK Doomer is the project of South London-born songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Lou Doyle who recently shared their third single of the year, “Bear.”
It’s an emotive etheral dreamy track that explores “a formative teenage relationship amidst early 2000s internet culture and parties at Brian Eno’s house.” There’s a melancholic 80s touch to it, from the gorgeous vocal performance and cinematic arrangements and production that summons a dream-like atmosphere that leaves quite an impression.
