Mon Rayon is a Swedish duo that recently released their new single “My Heroine”, the first single shared from their debut EP, Post Romantic Stress Disorder, due out next year.

The track features a vibrant blend of dreamy indie pop with some sweet vocals and a warm melodic quality that is totally smooth and full of some classic influences in its vocals that pulls from some of the great groups of the 60s – blended with modern flourishes to give it a fresh lease of life.

Speaking on the track, they add:

‘My Heroine’ tells the story of a young heroine who bravely ventures into this battlefield of devotion. Amidst the despair and ruins, even in the darkest moments, life persists as the soil continues to give new life. Despite being wounded numerous times in these battles, she finds solace in the lilies that sing a song of redemption and restoration. The natural order dictates that something must be broken down to be rebuilt anew. Though sorrow and grief are inevitable, they are temporary, and the time to live again is now.
