Danish musician Una Skott (of Télé Rouge) has recently released “Caravan Lovers”, her second single from her upcoming debut solo album.
It’s her first song in English and tackles a real-life story of forbidden love. The track captures a vibrant and airy blend of synth pop with a bit of a Chromatics like glow, with some melancholic tones to its production and vocals, that feels full of heart and love and delivered in a widescreen cinematic format.
Speaking on the song, Skott adds:
“It’s about forbidden love. They meet with time as their enemy because, at dawn, they must return to their ‘real’ lives. It’s both romantic and dramatic—but also completely authentic,” she reveals.
Overall, it’s more than approved and offers something new, built on familiar elements.
