Dust Archive is a project from Pordenone, Italy that publishes music found inside mysterious boxes. Its recorded onto tape spools, giving it a sound both “ancient and unheard.”
They have a new series of songs and we previously shared the second, “VS#2″ and today we share the fourth in the series with “VS#4.” This is a somber and lovely piece of ambient production, one that has a hypnotic hold on you, delivering a poignant and touching message throughout it’s lovely runtime that touches deep within the soul.
in the series with “VS#2.” The result is a haunted ambient piece reminiscent of some of the work of William Basinski, delivering a haunted and isolating series of sounds that is also poignant and refined with a hopeful glow to it as well as a melancholic spirit.
