The U Club is a London-based indie band formed by Callum Alder, Emma Duncanova, Jack Pearson, and Javi Geis. This August saw them return with their new EP, Eyes Shut Twice, released via Three Foot Records.

“Call Me Out” is a standout offering and single from the EP – a song about “being afraid of people close to you, and being so paranoid about judgement that you end up pulling away from them, and falling deeper inside your own head.”

It coasts with a cool charm and blend of jangly youthful indie rock with some 90s influence to it, blended elements of Snail Mail and Alvvays, with a raw emotive vocal performance that channels Lucy Dacus.
