OK Doomer is the project of South London-born songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Lou Doyle.
He’s gearing up for the release of his debut album, For my old Great Satan, and has recently let go of one of its lead singles in “From a Chiringuito.”
It’s a gorgeous piece of fragmented indie folk, with an experimental nature of tight instrumentation paired with gorgeous vocals, feeling like a blend of Sufjan Stevens, Thom Yorke, and Bon Iver. There’s an airy dreamlike quality to its production that is spellbinding in its craft and creation of a vivid sense of atmosphere.
