Pet Snake is the moniker of Liverpool-based singer-songwriter Evelyn Halls who returned with their new EP, Hard, earlier this year via Dance To The Radio.
“Trust Issues” is the EP’s closing cut and a stunning highlight. It’s about “the realisation that we all mask our true feelings from time to time. A warm and inviting slice of dreamy seductive indie folk with a gorgeous lead vocal performance and tight arrangements and flourishes to bring it to life with a great deal of confidence channels artists such as Laura Marling and Lucy Dacus.
