Psychiatric Metaphors is the music of New Jersey based multi instrumentalist Samuel Taylor who recently shared his new album, DEEP BREAK.
“Wax Mirrors” a blend of gritty garage rock with a bluesy touch that calls back to some of the good old days of early The Black Keys. Or the equally strong starting point of opening track “Whisper In My Ear” which taps into a more primal punk sound that swells and builds into a cathartic release of psych rock guitars and a tightly wound set of guitar licks and a hint of surf rock inspired tones.
