Dutch musician Birgit de Priester recently released her single “One by One”, set for release on her upcoming debut album, Made 4 Fun, due out later in the year.
The track is described about “reminiscing and letting go” featuring a melancholic dreamy blend of experimental indie rock and pop that has an otherworldly nature that feels like an artful blend of Aldous Harding and Cate Le Bon.
Further detailing the track, Priester adds:
The song is about transition and vulnerability, feeling the first sunlight on your bare skin again while still lingering in that enclosure that has also become a safe space.
