A Days Wait is the project of Canadian musician Adam Alfano, who recently shared his single “So Far Along”, a song from his upcoming album due out later this summer.
The song was produced by Day Wave, who leaves their signature dreamy melancholic stamp all over it. The track has a gorgeous contemplative nature that feels sincere and utterly human. Which makes sense given the context of the song as described by Alfano:
Cliche as it may be, this one is about my kids growing up way too fast and trying to stay present with that matters.
