Swedish artist Oh Wellington has returned with their new single “Pillowbloom”, a preview of their upcoming debut album, due out later in the year.
The track harnesses a heavy 90s aesthetic, with an element of a hushed indie rock blend that expands into something more hard-hitting and garage rock-leaning, calling to mind acts like Built to Spill and Dinosaur Jr. It’s no-nonsense, straight-to-business, good old-fashioned indie rock.
