Debra-Jean Creelman is a Vancouver-based singer-songwriter who is preparing for the release of her new album, Ego Death, on July 12th.

”Say Goodnight” is a gorgeous thoughtful slice of indie chamber folk with an experimental edge to it. The icy sonic soundscape is built with help from experimental trumpet player JP Carter (Destroyer), multi-instrumentalist Sean Cronin, and Jo Passed’s Jo Hirabiyashi.

Speaking on the track, she adds:

“Are all relationships transactional? Is it possible to let go of control and be vulnerable – whilst remaining self actualized?”
