Coeur-Joie formed in 2022 in Paris, France, consisting of members of various local bands such as Volage, Bootchy Temple, Structures or Marietta. They came together out of a mutual love of artists such as Cate Le Bon or Stereolab, as well as French singers like Alain Bashung or Brigitte Fontaine.
They are preparing for the release of their debut album, Réminescences, which will be out on August 30th via Howlin’ Banana Records.
“Ciel De Traîne” is a lead single that feautres some vibrant and colorful electronic grooves blended with sharp artful 80’s inspired indie rock with a groovy and chill nature that glaces on by with the utmost confident nature.
