Brooklyn-based indie rock outfit Social Creatures recently released their new EP, The Ravine, which features tracks like its opening title track “The Ravine.”
It takes us back a bit to the early 2010’s indie scene, with elements of Passion Pit and other gems from that era, with a charming indie rock and dance blend that feels youthful and timeless.
Speaking on the track, the band’s Jono Robertson describes “The Ravine” about a physical place that he had many first, as well as a “spiritual place where he finds that excitement and magic again through playing music.”
