Philadelphia-based indie outfit Blood has announced their debut album, Loving You Backwards, out August 2nd via Ramp Local.
The album saw the Austin residents strive for a fresh start, using a move into a house together in Philadelphia as a chance to reorient and spend time writing music around the clock.
With the announcement they also shared new single “One Dimensional Man.” It’s a track with a specific 90s feel to it with elements of shoegaze, garage rock, with a bit of a sense of atmospheric unease around the surface. Like a blend of Geese, The Strokes, and Palm into something that morphs into something very much of its own unique nature and identity.
