The Dwindles are from St.Catharines, Canada, founded by lifelong friends Kyle MacVicar and Stuart Smith who have been making music together since they were young. They’ve since filled out the band with Tania Alcantar and Chase Chappell, and have recently shared their debut album, Night Bloomer.
“April Snow” is a single from the album that they recorded themselves in their home studio. It’s a distinctly 80s sound with elements of new wave that have a gorgeous sense of production and place, tapping into nostalgia from the time period in a way that most importantly feels genuine and sincere in its delivery and approach.
