Swedish indie rockers Mundane have recently shared “Never Change” the first single from their debut album, Ultra Sound, which will be released in the fall.
The track has a big anthemic rousing widescreen blend of garage rock with a bit of a 90s The Replacements grit with a punk spirit, but also refined with a bit of a polished dreamy nature to balance it all out.
Speaking on “Never Change” the band adds:
“Never Change is a song about working against the wind and trying to change someone else’s behavior, only to realize that you are exactly the same yourself. Sometimes you just have to be united in the realization that you will never be anyone other than who you are.”
