J. Bernardt is the project of Jinte Deprez, one-half of the singer-songwriter duo Balthazar, one of the most respected bands in Belgium.
He’s preparing the release of his new album Contigo, out on 17th May 2024 via Play It Again Sam. He’s recently let go of “Last Waltz”, the third single from the record.
It features a very 60s rock sound with gorgeous strings accompanying his vocals in a seductive vintage tone reminiscent of The Last Shadow Puppets and latter-day Arctic Monkeys. A soulful throwback that is given a fresh new lease of life.
