Gushh is a solo artist from Bristol, UK, who recently graduated from BIMM Bristol University where he was presented with the chance to craft a song for the UN Climate Change Conference – COP 28.
The result is his track “Nothing Is Lost”, inspired by collection of eco-centred poems penned by students at the University of Exeter. It features sprawling cinematic post-rock with epic guitar and a style that reminds of Explosions In The Sky. He pairs them with the use of vocal samples sourced from vintage media, to create a song that not only hits on its goal but delivers a powerhouse song that stands on its own.
Speaking on the track, he adds:
I am thrilled to share Nothing is Lost with you which I shall be releasing to the world on Earth Day. It is a musical journey that intertwines personal introspection with a global call to action. I hope it lands contently within your heart like it has in mine.
