Vesuvio Solo is the songwriting partnership of Montreal-based musicians Thom Gillies (also of Blue Material) and Cam Maclean.
They’ve recently hit back with their new single “Personal Angel”, which is on their forthcoming third full-length record.
It’s a bit of a 70’s glam pop and rock ode to the classics of the era, with a playful and seductive nature to it. Pretty and assured with some soulful vocals and great funky instrumentation, it’s a track that feels vintage yet fresh at the same time.
