Indiana Pickle Farm is the solo project of 20-year-old Nashville artist Ryan Lavey.
He’s recently let go of his second single, “Eighteen”, an introspective track that serves as an ode to Lavey’s first year of college, “painting a vivid picture of an unsavory welcome to adulthood.”
The track is a blend of indie rock and pop with a bit of a 90s aesthetic with an emotive and melancholic vocal performance that has elements of power pop and indie rock combined into something that almost feels reminiscent of Phoebe Bridgers or Snail Mail with a significant emotional nature that rings true.
