Work Wear is a band based around Charlottesville, Virginia that is a collaboration born out of friendship. They’re preparing the release of their debut album, My Love Is Occupational and There’s Nothing I’d Rather Do, which features tracks like the hearty single “64.”
It’s a track that blends the charm of 90s indie rock and slacker/garage rock like Pavement with classic alt-country elements that bring a soulful grit and wholesome nature, while also packing a rather anthemic uplifting crunch.
