Wibes are a Norweigan alt pop duo that met on a bus in summer 2022, heading to a rave in downtown Oslo.
They’re planning to release their debut album later this year and have given us a taste with their single “uendelig flow”. It’s a song about “living and loving to the fullest, and sampling everything that life has to offer.”
It’s a vibrant and effortlessly cool pop song that takes an 80s Stereolab dream-like quality that is as ethereal and lush as it is undeniably catchy. It feels like a daydream taken after having too much wine and enjoying a picnic sprawled out in a park.
