Band Spectra is the project of Robert Manning, a disabled musician from Southeast England. He’s recently returned with his new single, “It Starts Again” a vibrant electronic offering, paired well with spoken word vocals
It’s a track that has elements of rousing synths and live instrumentation, reminding of elements of Arab Strap’s “First Big Weekend” as well as a mix of Hot Chip, LCD Soundsystem, and Dan Deacon in the way it combines the spoken word vocals with a rousing anthemic dance blend that soars into the cosmos with a widescreen nature.
